What is Reparagen?

Reparagen is a dietary supplement made up of two patented plant extracts (aka concentrates), Vincaria and RNI 249. Vincaria is made from a commonly available vine from the Amazonian Rainforest and RNI 249 from a turnip-like potato found only in the Andean Mountains. Both are processed to concentrate only their active components.

How does Reparagen work?

Vincaria regulates an “overactive” gene that causes thirty different types of inflammation, such as those common to compromised joint health due to arthritis and injury. RNI 249 increases the production of a natural repair factor in your body that decreases with aging. This repair factor (aka IGF) is responsible for repairing and rebuilding damaged cartilage and joints as well as the muscles that support bones and joints. So Reparagen addresses both the symptoms as well as the cause of joint and cartilage dysfunction.

Is there any proof (clinical studies) that Reparagen works?

Of course – Vincaria was the subject of a separate peer-reviewed and published clinical trial, the Vincaria Unum in Die (once-a-day) Efficacy [VUIDE (pronounced “VIDE”)] trial. Is Reparagen Safe?

Each component of Reparagen, Vincaria and RNI 249, as well as Reparagen itself, have been independently tested for both acute and sub-acute safety. All received a GHS (Global Harmonized System) Level 5 rating or “unclassified,” recognized in the pharmaceutical industry as the highest safety level available. This means that you would have to take SEVEN HUNDRED TIMES the recommend and clinically effective dose, 1400 capsules at one time, in order for there to be any safety concerns.

After my discomfort disappears and I regain full range of mobility, can I stop taking Reparagen?

If there is an underlying or continued reason for the joint stiffness and discomfort, such as seen with athletes (active lifestyle), aging or an old injury, then continued use is advisable.

If there is still discomfort and limited mobility when taking Reparagen, can I increase the dose?

What is Reparagen plus Glucosamine?

As the name implies, this dietary supplement contains ingredients which offer the full benefits experienced with Reparagen. Namely, it supports a healthy inflammatory response via the Vincaria component as well as promotes the regrowth of cartilage through the RNI-249 component. Additionally, it contains glucosamine potassium chloride, the most bioavailable form of glucosamine and a building block of bones and cartilage.

Are there any allergic reactions to this product?

In over seven years, no allergic reactions have been reported. However, this product does contain glucosamine which is derived from crustaceans. Although the allergens associated with shellfish are found in the meat and not the shell from which glucosamine is derived, people with an allergy to shellfish may wish to choose one of our other “shellfish free” products – Reparagen or Reparagen Pro. Additionally, the RNI 249 component is derived from a tuber in the broccoli family so although never reported, there is a slight chance that if you are allergic to broccoli, you may be allergic to this product.

Reparagen Pro is a dietary supplement made up of three patented plant extracts (aka concentrates), Vincaria and RNI 249. Vincaria is made from a commonly available vine from the Amazonian Rainforest, RNI 249 from a turnip-like potato found only in the Andean Mountains; and Progrado from the sap of a tree from the Amazon Rainforest. All are processed to concentrate only their active components.

How does Reparagen Pro work?

Vincaria regulates an “overactive” gene that causes thirty different types of inflammation, such as those common to compromised joint health due to arthritis and injury. RNI 249 increases the production of a natural repair factor in your body that decreases with aging. Progrado has been shown in human chondrocyte cells to stop the normal breakdown of cartilage. Thus, Reparagen Pro reduces inflammation – increasing mobility and flexibility; stops the breakdown of cartilage; and, promotes the regrowth of healthy cartilage.

Is Reparagen Pro safe? Can I take it with other supplements or medications?

I take Glucosamine and/or Chondroitin sulfate. Can/should I take this with your products?

You can but why would you want to? While both are building blocks of joints and cartilage, Reparagen was shown to be a clinically effective “stand alone treatment” – and worked better than Glucosamine sulfate.

After I regain my full range of mobility and flexibility, can I stop taking your products?

If there is an underlying or continued reason for the joint stiffness and limited mobility, such as seen with athletes (or “weekend warrior’s with an active lifestyle) or with normal aging, then continued use is advisable.

If there is still limited mobility and flexibility after taking your product, can I increase the dose?

Certainly: Remember, 9 out of 10 clinical trial participants taking Vinicol and 93% of clinical trial participants taking Reparagen experienced significant benefit. Therefore, as in any clinical trial, for some, it did not. The products are safe so even doubling the suggested dose initially may be required.
